Section 1 · Shipping and Delivery

1.1. How fast will I get my order? +
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Most deliveries in the continental United States arrive within 5–14 business days. Free shipping on every U.S. order, no minimum.
1.2. How do I track my package? +
After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check anytime on our Track Your Order page. Tracking usually appears within 2–5 business days after shipment.
1.3. My tracking has not updated. Should I worry? +
No. Tracking can lag 24–72 hours, especially during carrier handoffs. If it has not moved for 7+ business days, email vedyaonline@gmail.com and we will check it right away.
1.4. Can I change my address after placing an order? +
Yes, if the order has not shipped. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it. Once a tracking number is issued, address changes are not possible.
1.5. Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, to select destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, paid by the recipient.

2.1. What if I am not happy with my purchase? +
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will help. Items should be unused and in original packaging.
2.2. How do I start a return? +
Email vedyaonline@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions. Please do not ship anything back without approval.
2.3. How quickly will I get my refund? +
After approval, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Some banks may take a few extra days to post the refund.
2.4. What if my item arrives damaged? +
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. No return needed unless requested.
2.5. Can I exchange my order for a different item? +
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Fits standard 1/2"
3.1. Will this showerhead fit my shower? +
Yes. It fits standard 1/2 inch shower connections, the most common size in U.S. homes. No adapters or plumber needed.
3.2. How easy is installation? +
Under 5 minutes, no tools. The box includes the showerhead, hose, mount, Teflon tape, and a replacement filter.
3.3. How often do I need to replace the filter? +
Typically every 2–3 months, depending on water quality. If the filter changes color noticeably, it is time to replace it.
3.4. What does the filter do? +
A multi layer filter designed to help reduce common tap water impurities like chlorine, sediment, and rust, so your shower may feel cleaner and more refreshing.
3.5. What spray modes are available? +
Four modes: Rainfall, Mist, Jet, and Mixed. Rotate the showerhead face to switch between modes.
3.6. Is the showerhead safe for all plumbing systems? +
Yes. Compatible with standard residential plumbing systems, and designed to work with both high pressure and low pressure water setups.

4.1. What payment methods do you accept? +
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
4.2. Is my payment information safe? +
Yes. We use SSL/TLS encryption and payments are processed by PCI compliant providers. We never store your full card details.
4.3. Can I cancel my order? +
Yes. Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to cancel before it ships. After that, it may already be in processing.
4.4. Do you offer any discounts or promotions? +
We occasionally run promotions. Join our email list to get updates. Discount codes usually cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

No data selling
5.1. How do you use my personal information? +
Only to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our service. We do not sell personal data. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
5.2. Can I opt out of marketing emails? +
Yes, every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Order confirmation and shipping updates are transactional and will still be sent.
