1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories and components included.
2.2. Items that show signs of use, damage, missing components, or that have been installed may be subject to a reduced refund based on the diminished value of the product.
2.3. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests received after this window may not be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Return
3.1. Contact our customer support team at vedyaonline@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
3.2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
3.3. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. Do not send returns to any other address unless specifically instructed.
3.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
4. Refund Processing
4.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
4.3. If you used a discount code, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted price you actually paid, not the original retail price.
5. Return Shipping Costs
5.1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item).
5.2. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
6.1. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vedyaonline@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
6.2. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
7. Exchanges
7.1. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Order Cancellations
8.1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at vedyaonline@gmail.com.
8.2. After 24 hours or once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may still return the item after delivery under the terms of this policy.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
9.1. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card issuer first, as processing times vary.
